Thank you so much for joining us for World Meditation Day!

Below is everything you need to get started…

Step One:

RSVP your participation.

Step Two:

Using your RSVP we will send you the link to download the World Meditation Day Resource Package …(coming soon!).

Step Three:

Invite your teaching colleagues to join as well using the sample email below.

Step Four:

Before you begin your Meditation on World Meditation Day, watch the instructional video on our WMD playlist and then go over the Five S’s of Meditation with your class:
Silence, Space, Stillness, SBreathe and Share.
Details are in the resource package.

Step Five:

Participate! Listen to one of our pre-selected Mindful Minutes on YouTube or join us for our LIVE STREAM at 10am and 2pm EST.

Step Six:

Debrief the experience with your students and complete the accompanying SEL activity.

Your World Meditation Day Resource Package Includes:

May 21st is World Meditation Day! Here is a chance to participate in the 10,000 student challenge - 10,000 students meditating on the same day, across North America. May is also Mental Health Awareness Month so this opportunity for some Mindfulness and Social-Emotional Learning ties in perfectly.
