Mindful Minutes

In addition to our previously recorded fifty full-length meditations, we proudly offer fifty Mindful Minutes. These are all the same length of 6:30 minutes and are designed for schools who have adopted the initiative of meditating daily with their students. This shorter duration make Mindful Minutes more achievable for primary classes, however people of all ages are loving them.

With children in mind, all of our meditations aim to support and encourage a greater sense of creativity, imagination, mindfulness, embodiment and a sense of wellbeing. Our Mindful Minutes meditations, like all of our meditations begin and end with the breath and a particular focus. These meditations are embodiment focused, where students are guided to inquire how they are feeling in their bodies, hearts and minds. They are imagination focused, where students are guided to visualize various settings and plots. All are reflective in nature and calming to the body, nervous system, mind and breath.
