Meditation Descriptions
The Dragon:
Duration: Two options - 6.5 mins or 15.5 mins
☁️✨ Imagine your very own dragon! What would it look like? What would its power be? What would it feel like to fly on its back? ✨☁️
Mindful Breathing:
Duration: Two options - 6.5 mins or 10.5 mins
☁️✨This is a lying down meditation. You can practice breathing with all parts of your lungs as you notice how your breath is entering and leaving your body. Feel each breath as they enter your lungs and move your rib cage outward in each direction.✨☁️
Weight - Feeling Heavy:
Duration: Two options - 6.5mins or 8.5 mins
☁️✨This is a lying down meditation. You will need space to lay down for this meditation. Put your focus to different body parts, one by one. Allow these muscles throughout your body to feel heavier and heavier with each breath. Heavy as stone, as you breathe softly and with ease, releasing any tension.✨☁️
Emotions in my Body:
Duration: 6.5 mins
☁️✨Notice where you feel the sensations of different emotions in your body. How does it feel? Where does this emotion live in your body? ✨☁️
Gratitude Countdown:
Duration: 6.5 mins
☁️✨In this Mindful Minute, make lists from long to short of all of your favourite things!✨☁️
